HOW DO FAMILIES REGISTER?

In order to utilize any of the services, every family has to register. Parents or Guardians must:

  • Fill out and return required forms to me
  • Sign care agreement by 1st visit
  • Provide me with the child's immunization schedule or exemption within 14 days

Full and part-time agreements will be done in person. Drop-in care is limited to 30 hrs weekly
